“I became a citizen about five years ago. It felt great. When I was not a citizen, I did not feel secure. Now I don’t feel threatened by the immigration police and everything that is going on with the new policies. I have been here for 25 years. I believe in everything about America. Despite the recent policies, it’s better here.”
